Hyva regularly brings together expertise at global, regional and local levels to deliver training to our sales teams in the field
By ensuring our teams are fully up-to-date with our products and solutions, we keep our leadership positon in a dynamic and highly competitive market.
A perfect example of this multi-level cooperation happened in June 2018: our Regional team in Brazil teamed up with our cranes global team to deliver product training to the sales personnel of our South American dealer, Equipos Trex, part of the Ferreyros Group. One of the largest companies in Peru, Ferreyros specialises in lifting equipment and transport solutions, and has operations in Peru, Chile, Colombia and Equador. The company has supplied several Hyva Cranes to the local market, including an HC801 for a mining application in Peru.
The event combined the knowledge and training skills of Daniel Fetzner (Product Manager, Cranes), Germano Guerra (Export Manager, Hyva Brazil) and Milton Michaltchuk (Applications Analyst, Hyva Brazil), who bought the participants up to date on a range of topics, including product features, sales differentials, product configurations, installation and operation.
