Hyva exhibits for first time at EIMA exhibition
Hyva demonstrates its products at trade shows across the world. It was not, however, until November 2016 that we made our debut as an exhibitor at EIMA, the biannual International Agriculture and Gardening Machinery Exhibition. And the event was a great success.
In fact, the show was not just a success for Hyva, but for the show organiser, too. Now in its 22nd year EIMA is today considered a ‘must-attend’ event by many in the industry. And, this latest show was bigger and more successful than ever. Held at the Trade Fair Centre in Bologna on 9th – 13th November 2016, it attracted over 1900 exhibitors who, between them, displayed over 50,000 machines, covering an area of 140,000 m2. This massive effort wasn’t wasted – the event had almost a quarter of a million visitors over the 5 days.
This meant it was a busy time for the team on our stand. There was a constant stream of visitors from both inside and outside Europe, and, while the team were ready and willing to discuss any aspect of our product and service portfolio, there was clear interest in our agricultural trailers and small tractors, especially the products we had chosen as the focus of the stand. These were:
– The HA28 crane – our range of highly compact units ideal for small equipment
– The HB10 FFB crane – our specialized range for agricultural tractors
– The Hyva Front End cylinders with 4 extensions – our latest, improved, range which is ideal for rear-end tippers and tipper trailers
In summary, Hyva’s first attendance as an exhibitor at EIMA was a great success. But the show as a whole was immensely successful, too. Apart from the 250,000 or so individual visitors, there were also over 60 foreign delegations present to evaluate the latest developments in the Agriculture and Gardening machinery industry.
